My son started working with Haluk in his second semester of Grade 11 for his physics course. I was surprised how much he enjoyed working with Haluk. He even looked forward for the Haluk’s tutoring sessions. He describes Haluk as friendly, very intelligent, competent and all around great person and I strongly agree with my son’s assessment. Haluk is also incredible at analyzing his students and adapting his teaching style accordingly for the needs of the students. Haluk helped my son with a variety of subjects including: English, biology, chemistry, physics, math and many others. He gave huge support during his UCAT preparation. UCAT preparation courses are not easy to find in Canada; however, we were lucky having Haluk. With Haluk’s tutoring, my son managed to score high in all categories to be invited for interviews. Also, Haluk helped him to prepare for his SAT exam. With his teaching, my son scored high and received invitations from desired universities. Haluk’s has been great tutor for my son to improve in many subjects including UCAT, SAT, AP exam preparations. Moreover, Haluk has been an excellent role model for him. Poyraz become more mature and more aware of what and why he is doing things. It has been privilege to work with him. My son and I can’t thank him enough.

My daughter Defne worked with John throughout grade 10, 11 and 12 with success, and was accepted to McGill University. They worked together for Physics, Calculus and Chemistry courses, and John was very helpful and accommodating to the needs of my daughter, identifying the problem areas, and even though my daughter was already getting high 80-s marks, she was able to raise them to 90s together with John and she got into her dream program in her dream university. I would recommend John's tutoring services as well as academic consulting to anyone.

Rebecka, my daughter, needed help for a pathway towards medical school, and John was the right person to work with. He helped us navigate through our options in Canada as well as abroad, and we set our sights for UKCAT exam and preparing for med school in the UK. My daughter worked diligently with John and kept her GPA high through high school, while also prepping for UKCAT, and she was accepted into University of Edinburgh, Faculty of Medicine.
